● Usage：It is an antiepileptic and anti-arrhythmic drug. It can prevent abnormal electrical activity in brain lesions from spreading to the surrounding normal brain tissues, thereby exerting an antiepileptic effect. It has an inhibitory effect on ectopic rhythm points in the ventricles and atria, and can also accelerate atrioventricular conduction and reduce myocardial automaticity, thus having an anti-arrhythmic effect. The therapeutic dose does not cause sedative-hypnotic effects. It is suitable for the treatment of generalized tonic-clonic seizures of epilepsy, simple and complex partial seizures, secondary generalized seizures, and status epilepticus. It can also be used for trigeminal neuralgia, paroxysmal choreoathetosis, paroxysmal control disorders, myoclonus, and cardiac conduction disorders caused by excessive tricyclic antidepressants.
